OUR CPA FIRM

With offices in Fort Lauderdale, Fort Myers, Orlando and Tampa, we serve clients throughout Florida. The firm had its beginning in 1974. We currently have over fifty people working with the firm, and are ranked as one of the largest local CPA firms in Florida.

HACKER, JOHNSON & SMITH PA's objectives of providing quality service on a timely basis to clients and concern for the general public interest has established our reputation and has enabled us to grow. It is anticipated that most of our future growth will be through expanded service to present clients and the addition of new clients. New business has generally been referred by satisfied clients. We intend to continue to hire and train personnel who will be able to grow professionally with us.

Our practice is limited to providing independent audit services and tax services to audit clients. We serve a wide variety of industries throughout the state of Florida. We understand that whether you're an entrepreneur starting a new business or a publicly held company, your needs are similar. We have developed expertise in a number of different industries, while continuing to train our staff on ever-changing accounting and tax issues.

Our audit clientele includes financial institutions, securities broker/dealers, manufacturers, distributors, not-for-profit organizations, the 3rd largest motor club in the USA, and numerous other commercial enterprises. We are a registered public accounting firm and have about sixteen clients that are publicly held.  All professional staff have degrees in accounting and are either CPA's or CPA candidates.
